​d). Automatically complete the relay mechanical (FOLLOW) parameter test; automatically completes the statistics of test data, and displays the total number of tests, the number of qualified, the number of unqualified, the pass rate, and the unqualified rate;

e). Automatically complete the blowing out of foreign matter in the product's magnetic circuit and casing, and automatic casing;

f). Solder the relay pins with an adjustment accuracy of 0.1mm;

g). Automatically complete the electrical parameter detection of the relay, such as resistance, withstand voltage, pull-in and release voltage, and maturity test;

h). Automatically complete the sealing and baking of the glue dispensing groove part of the base, and the glue dispensing portion of the base part is dried and cured completely;

i). Complete the automatic hot riveting sealing of the ventilation hole of the relay shell;

j). Check the sealing effect of the product;

k). Automatically complete the electrical parameter detection of the relay, including electric cleaning;

l). Automatically complete laser marking of shell marks of various specifications;
