Automatic Wax Setting Machine

Our Automatic Wax Setting Machine is an advanced device designed for efficient inlaying. This machine is equipped with three nozzles and can be optionally configured with a glue gun, allowing it to inlay diamonds on products beyond wax models, meeting diverse production needs.

 

Preparation stage:

Either design a three-dimensional model of the product through CAD software and import it into the control system; or make a wax model by hand and fix it on the workbench.

Programming setting:

Manual teaching determines the position of the gem inlay on the wax model, and the control system records the coordinate information and converts it into program instructions for storage.

Gemstone loading:

The machine takes gemstones from the equipped gem storage device to the top of the setting position through vacuum adsorption, mechanical grabbing, etc.

Setting operation:

After the vision system or sensor calibrates the position, the setting tool places the gemstone into the predetermined position of the wax model and applies pressure to fix it. If glue is needed, it is injected at the same time.

Quality inspection (some have this function):

Use the visual system, sensors, etc. to detect whether the gem setting is smooth and whether there are any problems such as missing settings. If it does not meet the requirements, it will alarm or shut down.

Subsequent processing (on demand):

The mounted wax pattern may need to be cooled and solidified, and then demoulded. The demoulded wax pattern can be used for subsequent processing such as casting.
