1.Nozzle blockage
Problem manifestation: Individual nozzles do not produce ink during printing, resulting in color loss on the printed product surface.
Cause analysis: Blockage of nozzle channel, blockage of ink sac, poor ink quality, improper setting of nozzle working voltage, etc. may all lead to nozzle blockage.
Solution: You can use cleaning fluid to flush the nozzle hole, or use ultrasonic cleaning of the nozzle to unclog the blocked nozzle; at the same time, replace high-quality ink and adjust the nozzle working voltage until the UV printer no longer has ink shortage.
2.Poor printing pattern effect
Problem manifestation: The printed product is blurred, the color coverage is not aligned or there is a ghost image.
Cause analysis: X The problem may be caused by factors such as the axis guide rail not sliding smoothly, the distance between the nozzle and the material is too large, resulting in inaccurate inkjet placement, strong airflow affecting the accuracy of inkjet placement, poor ink absorption of the material, and uncalibrated nozzles. 
Solution: Check whether the mechanical moving part of the trolley is smooth, and add lubricating oil as appropriate; adjust the air outlet of the air conditioner and fan to avoid strong airflow affecting the printing quality; replace the printing material with good ink absorption performance; recalibrate the nozzle
3.The picture has horizontal stripes
Problem manifestation: Horizontal stripes appear in the picture after printing. 
Cause analysis: The nozzle is in poor condition and the horizontal X-axis step value is not adjusted, which may cause horizontal stripes in the picture. 
Solution: Move the trolley head to the left origin position, observe whether the ink can be sprayed smoothly, and check whether the nozzle is blocked; find the driver control interface in the UV printer software settings, calibrate the step value, or contact the equipment manufacturer to assist in completing parameter calibration.
