The fully automatic contact riveting machine Includes the following steps:
1) Punching: When the reed substrate moves to the punching station, the contact installation hole is punched out at the location where the contact is to be installed;
2) Contacts enter the mould: The contacts to be installed enter the mould through the straight channel, curved channel, and feeding slider and penetrate the contact installation hole from under the reed substrate;
3) Pre-riveting: Move the contacts to the pre-riveting station, and perform pre-riveting by the pre-riveting convex mould and the pre-riveting concave mould;
4) Re-riveting: The pre-riveted contacts are re-riveted in the re-riveting station. The re-riveting is a display of multiple re-riveting combinations. Each re-riveting combination consists of a re-riveting punch and a re-riveting It is composed of concave molds, and each complex riveting combination is used alternately.
