Vision UV Printer For Stunning Layered 3D Embossed Printing

Traditional UV printing is limited to flat graphics. Our CCD vision-aligned UV printer can build up ink layer by layer to create raised 3D embossed textures, just like hand-inlaid diamond & mother-of-pearl artwork.

Supported by the high-precision marble machine base, the printer sprays multiple stacked ink passes to build controllable relief height. The finished pieces show gem-like transparency, iridescent pearlescent luster and metallic gold outlines. Patterns such as butterflies and lotus flowers have strong dimensional depth, with shifting shimmer under light.

The CCD vision positioning system ensures perfect registration for every print pass. Even after many layers of stacking, there is no offset or ghosting. Intricate thin lines and delicate borders stay precisely aligned.
