Line scan or area scan - we build both.
Choose between 4K line scan CCD for continuous "scan-while-print" throughput, or high-resolution area scan for ultra-precise single-piece work. Both are calibrated in-house with our own optical algorithms.
12 colors when you need them.
Standard 4-color, expanded 8-color, or full 12-color with white, varnish, and spot colors. Our ink system uses independent negative pressure channels, so one clogged head never stops your production.
Built on a Foundation That Lasts
Every Diansheng UV printer sits on either a 15 cm solid granite platform or a precision-milled honeycomb aluminum table with optional vacuum suction. Both are designed to eliminate vibration and maintain flatness for years - no warping, no recalibration drift.
UV-LED curing with ammonia water cooling keeps the light source at a constant temperature, preventing ink boiling and ensuring consistent adhesion across every print.
