Dual-Station Paint Dispensing Machine | ±0.01mm CCD
Jul 10, 2026| Dual-Station Vision Paint Spotting Machine
If you're still filling badge recesses, medal engravings, or mahjong tiles by hand, you already know the bottleneck: it's slow, inconsistent, and depends entirely on skilled workers.
The dual-station spotting machine changes that. It uses a 20-megapixel industrial CCD camera and self-developed AI vision algorithms to locate every fill area automatically - no jigs, no manual alignment, no guesswork.
Work While It Dispenses
The machine has two independent worktables. While one side is spotting paint, silicone, or epoxy, the other side is being loaded or scanned. The result is near-zero idle time and a real throughput increase of over 50% compared to single-station machines.
Precision That Protects Your Margins
A solid marble bed and AC servo-driven ball screw drive keep repeatability at ±0.01 mm. The non-contact jet valve fires up to 200 dots per second without touching the workpiece, so there's no risk of scratching delicate surfaces.
One Machine, Many Materials
The same hardware handles paints, UV adhesives, epoxy, silicone, and conductive pastes. Colors can be configured from 1 up to 6, and switching between fluids takes minutes, not hours.
Where It's Used
Badges, medals, nameplates - recess color filling with automatic part recognition
Mahjong tiles, dominoes, dice - engraved character coloring at high speed
Keychains, fashion accessories - multi-color spotting without jigs
Electronics - precision glue dispensing on PCBs and sensors
