Conveyor System For Automatic Production Lines

The workpiece conveying system of the automatic line generally includes the machine tool loading and unloading device, the conveying device and the storage device. In the automatic line of rotating body processing, the conveyor device includes gravity conveying or forced conveying type chute or forehearth, lifting, indexing and dispensing devices, etc. Sometimes a manipulator is used to perform certain functions of the conveyor device. In the automatic line of the combined machine tool, when the workpiece has a suitable conveying base surface, the direct conveying method is adopted, and the conveying device has a variety of step-type conveying devices, indexing devices and turning devices, etc. For workpieces with irregular shape and no suitable conveying base surface, they are usually installed on the accompanying fixture positioning and transportation, in this case, the return device of the accompanying fixture should be added.
