Our Technical Engineers On‑Site in Brazil For Vision UV Printer After‑sales Service
Aug 24, 2026| Recently, our technical service engineers traveled to Brazil to deliver on‑site commissioning, full‑machine inspection and hands‑on training for our customer's vision UV printers.
Brazil has vast territory and complicated factory working conditions. Even after remote online support, deep‑level adaptation and full‑system calibration still require on‑site technical support. The machines in this project are equipped with industrial marble bed and CCD vision positioning system, for UV printing of crafts, plastic parts and gift badges.
After arriving at the customer's facility, our engineers carried out comprehensive machine inspection. They checked XYZ motion performance after long ocean shipment, precision benchmark of marble bed, stability of magnetic encoder, calibrated CCD vision cameras, adjusted print heads and ink supply system. Potential risks caused by local high‑temperature and high‑humidity environment were eliminated to restore the machine to optimal working status.
Engineers optimized vision recognition and printing parameters according to the customer's real‑life products, resolving practical issues including registration offset, ink mist and color matching. Face‑to‑face training was provided for local operators and maintenance staff, covering daily maintenance, vision calibration workflow, quick troubleshooting and wearing‑part replacement. This helps the local team handle most routine issues independently and minimize downtime.
Overseas on‑site service means far more than simple repair. Customers in South America face challenges from time‑zone difference, spare‑part lead time and technical barriers. Many problems cannot be fully solved remotely. On‑site support unlocks the full performance of the equipment.
Full‑range on‑site work including precision checking, production parameter tuning and hands‑on training ensures the vision UV printer is fully adapted for mass‑production in Brazil. Selling the machine is only the start of cooperation. True delivery is realized when the machine runs reliably and produces qualified parts locally. We will keep offering follow‑up remote support together with spare‑part backup to safeguard customer's production.
