     The 136th Canton Fair will be held in three phases from 15 October to 4 November in Guangzhou, and the online platform will continue to operate on a regular basis. With the theme of 'Serving high-quality development, promoting high-level opening', this year's Canton Fair will vigorously improve the quality of exhibition organisation and highlight 'leading market'. The total exhibition area of this year is 1.55 million square metres, with 74,000 booths, 55 exhibition areas and 171 special zones.

 

     The three phases of this year's Canton Fair focused on the themes of 'advanced manufacturing', 'quality home' and 'better life' respectively, attracting new productivity. There were more than 30,000 exhibitors in the offline exhibition, including 29,400 export exhibitors, an increase of nearly 800 exhibitors over the previous session. New enterprises, new products, new technologies and new business forms emerged in large numbers. There are nearly 4,600 new exhibitors. There are more than 8,000 enterprises with the titles of national high-tech, speciality and new 'small giants' and manufacturing single champions, an increase of more than 40 per cent over the previous session.

      The Canton Fair will also hold about 400 new product release activities, an increase of more than 30 per cent over the previous session. From the Canton Fair, Chinese products and brands have stepped up to a new level of high-quality development, with a wide range of high-quality products, which are not only of high quality and high price, but also fashionable and safe, reflecting China's confidence and ability to provide the world with more and better Made in China and Created in China.

 

      The Canton Fair also optimised the cross-border e-commerce exhibition area and trade service area to provide full chain trade services for exhibitors. At the same time, it continued to set up import exhibition in three exhibition periods, with an exhibition area of 30,000 square metres, attracting 730 enterprises from 49 countries and regions.
