What are the main components of the automated production line

The main production line of an automated production line is just a torso. It also consists of five main component units. The main core part of the automatic production line is the control system, the control system is the brain of the automatic production line, the control system according to the control process requirements of the production site in the control system through the software program editing, and then the control system transmits commands to other systems on the production line to perform operations.
1. Automatic production line conveying unit

The conveying order mainly includes: linear moving device and workpiece picking and conveying device. The main configuration includes: stepper motor, thin cylinder, pneumatic swinging table, double guide rod cylinder, pneumatic finger, stroke switch and magnetic switch.

Basic function of the conveying unit: the unit can realize the precise positioning of the material table of the specified unit, and grab the workpiece on the material table, transport the captured workpiece to the designated place and then put it down.

2. Automatic production line feeding unit

The feeding unit mainly includes: workpiece warehouse, workpiece locking device and workpiece ejection device. The main configuration includes: pit type workpiece warehouse, linear cylinder, photoelectric sensor, working positioning device, etc.

The basic function of the feeding unit: it is to automatically send the workpiece placed in the silo to be processed to the material table according to the needs, so that the gripping manipulator device of the conveying unit can grab and send the workpiece to other working units.

3. Automatic production line processing unit

The processing unit mainly includes: workpiece handling device and workpiece processing device. The main configuration is: guide rail, linear cylinder, thin cylinder, working clamping device, etc.

The basic function of the processing unit: the workpiece on the material table of the unit (the workpiece is sent by the grasping manipulator device of the conveying unit) is sent to the stamping mechanism to complete a stamping processing action, and then sent back to the material table, and the grasping manipulator device of the conveying unit is taken out.

4. Automatic production line assembly unit

The assembly unit mainly includes: assembly work library and assembly workpiece handling device. The assembly device is mainly equipped with: workpiece warehouse, table, guide rod cylinder, pneumatic finger, linear cylinder, photoelectric sensor, etc.

The basic function of the assembly cell: Completes the assembly process of embedding a small black or white cylindrical workpiece in the unit silo into the machined workpiece.

5. Automatic production line sorting unit

The finished product sorting unit mainly includes: belt conveyor line and finished product sorting device. The main configurations are; Linear conveyor belt conveyor line, linear cylinder, three-phase asynchronous motor, frequency converter, photoelectric sensor, optical fiber sensor, etc.
